This is extemely rare.
All loss or damage claims shipped within the USA are insured up to (USD) $500.00. International Orders shipped
USPS and are insured up to $300.00. We will automatically add insurance to orders in excess of basic insurance
limits.
We will help you process your claim.
All damaged items during transit must be returned with original
shipping box and packing materials or a damage claim may not be honored by our shippers (FEDEX or USPS).
FEDEX will pick up your original shipping box and order contents at no charge.
