| How do you determine shipping cost? |
| Shipping cost is based on actual box dimensions, packaging materials,
total weight determined by our shipper, and destination. FEDEX imposed home delivery charge, fuel surcharge, and
other charges, included in our shipping rates. USPS has their own costs which are simular to FEDEX. |

| We pack all orders carefully. |
| We use fresh clean packing materials. Shipping includes clean packing
materials which may include either fully biodegradable, water-soluble foam peanuts made from soy and/or cornstarch,
and or or other foam packing materials and may include from up to 100% recycled products. We frequently use in
combination or may sub for high quality industrial grade 1" thick bubble pack to protect valuable order or
high grade items. Each order is evaluated for matching appropriate box size, the type and amount of materials used
for packing. |

shipping weight, we will review our cost and automatically issue a shipping credit (refund). The amount may vary,
