C65 Sub-Par - Significant Imperfections

Item will have generally significant imperfections on the card and
likely on the blister too. Edge wear or edge ding is expected. Blister (bubble) dings are pretty much guaranteed
to exist.
A serious collector would definitely not consider this part of a primary collection, but may consider having an
inexpensive back up figure to sell at a future date.
Someone who doesn't care too much about how perfect the packaging is would be best suited to enjoy this C65 grade
at a lower price than higher graded figures.
The toy(s) inside the packaging will still be mint. there
will be NO damage to the toy itself.
