About Vintage
Mint vintage items are almost impossible to find, and those with
high collector grades may sell up to $400+ due to their rarity and preserved condition. More rare items have sound
for several thousand dollars such as the 12 back Vinyl cape Jawa.

The "Mail-in offers" advertised on vintage action figures expired in the respective year of their original
release. Collectors pick up these limited offer ads on carded figures because the offers were limited. |

For New Collectors Vintage Terminology
65 Card Back
= There are 65 figures showing on the back of a 65 card back. This number varies by series. The first 1977 series
were 12 backs, where only 12 figures were initially going to be produced. The lower the card back number, the generally
the more desired by collectors. By ESB and ROTJ we have many new characters so card backs are higher in number.
Punched Card
= At the top of the card there is a perforated area where the card was made to be placed on retail hangers. Collectors
hate these because this is where cards tend to get a lot of ware. If the card was "punched" it is assumed
it was hung in a retail store hanger.
Unpunched Card = Where the hanger area is still fully intact (not "punched through" suggesting the card
never has placed on a retail store hanger.
A partially punched card is another version where the little hanger area still has the tab partially attached to
the card.
Generally the more complete card, undamaged, least wear, the least handled, generally the more the value.
Price Stickers are generally accepted and expected. Some professional graders prefer the price sticker to be left
intact than pealed off that can remove some of the card back. Best leave price stickers alone.

About Ewoks TV Series
Ewoks TV Series was another cartoon spin-off from Star Wars, Return of the Jedi. The show
aired for two seasons from 1985-1986 with 26 episodes.
The series featured the popular fuzzy Ewoks with Wicket W. Warrick taking the lead.
The action figure series produced a limited number of just 6 (six) figures in unique packaging (shown on left in
green). |

About Droids TV Series
Droids TV Series was a cartoon spin-off from of course, Star Wars featuring R2-D2 and C-3PO
as the main characters as they go though various adventures.
The show ran for one season with 13 episodes. Created by George Lucas.
The Droids figures were very limited - produced only in 1985 by Kenner and are very hard to find.
A couple of the Droids figures such as Boba Fett can range (depending on grade and who authenticated it from $2,000
to $4,000+
Be careful when collecting high-end figures from unknown sellers. We have seen fakes out there. We have seen a
